No - Labs are not required to begin GLP-1 therapy.
Before starting, you'll complete a brief medical screening to ensure the program is appropriate for you. This screening will identify any risk factors or contraindications that would disqualify someone from GLP-1 therapy. Safety always comes first.
If you'd like labs for additional insight, we can order them anytime, and Infuse can draw them on-site.
Your dosing is personalized and starts low and slow to support comfort and safety. We increase only when your body is ready, based on:

Side effects
Energy and digestion
Your goals
You’ll have ongoing RN support and physician oversight throughout your dosing journey.
The most common side effects are mild and temporary:
Nausea

Constipation
We use gentle titration, hydration support, and RN guidance to help minimize symptoms.
Most clients stay in the program for 3–12 months, depending on goals, response, and maintenance needs. Your RN will help you transition into maintenance or microdosing when appropriate
